Dancers’ Contract
GOLDEN EYES CLUB
Golden Eyes Club is a topless dance club open seven days a week 10 pm until 5 a.m.
Highlights of Club Rules:
Golden Eyes Club provides entertainment for clients who have paid anentrance fee or some form of membership to enter the club.The club provides this entertainment in the form of a stage show andprivate dances.
DANCER GUIDELINES AND INCOME:
1. Dancers perform topless dances on stage where they receive tipsfrom customers and have a chance to “show off” to the audience. Great dancers get the most attention and receive the most invitations for private dances (this is where dancers make the most money).
2. Between stage dances, girls sit, talk and may drink with the customers. They must be friendly, classy and outgoing.
-A commission of 10% is paid on bottles of champagne sold by the dancer to a client of hers.
- A commission is paid in the form of one ticket / drink on all drinksoffered to the girls from their customers while they are seated with them.
-the Club pays the dancer 2 USD per ticket.
***All commissions on drinks will be paid at the end of the dancers’ contract if they collect a minimum of 400 chips in 3 monthsand134 shipsper month over 3 months.
3. While seated with customers, the dancer will sell table and private dances and encourage the customer to buy champagne and other drinks.
5. Private dances are topless, or nude if the dancer desires them to be.
a)Private dances are either $20 (topless) or $30 (nude) paid by the customer to the dancer per song. (100% goes to the dancer)
6. Dancers are responsible for performing independent marketing activities during the day and evening to bring clients to the Club. The Club will provide marketing materials.
7-The dancer have the right of one day off /week.
CLUB FEE:
1. The dancer will pay a fee of $30 per night to the club.
2. The dancer must pay 10 usd to the club for each privet dance till 5 privet, over five privet and from the 6th danceThe Dancers must pay $ 8.
3- The dancer pay a privet insurance of $ 50 per month; this insurance will cover work accident and heavy injury or accident will don’t cover medicines neither doctor consultation, no teeth problem no glasses.
4- The dancers will be charged 10% of all credit card payments for privet or other meters
5- Any additional expenses made by the club on behalf of the dancer before their arrival (flightticket) must be paid back to club in full within the first month of their contract.
Golden Eyes Facilities:
1. The Club offers free accommodation. (2-3 girls per apartment)
2. The Club offers free transportation from and to the club.
3- The Club pays %25 of the flight ticket up to $500usdif the dancer pay her own ticket.
***The club will not pay the %25 of the ticket if the club pays for the ticket and even if the dancers will totally paid back.
4. The Club will provide the work permit and the necessary documents to obtain the visa.
*** All commissions on drinks, flightticket. will be paid at the end of the dancers’ contract
Requirements:
In order tomake the work permit we need the following original documents translated into English:
The work permit it takes six weeks to get ready starting from the date we receive the docs.
1.Police record not older than 2 months
2. Medical test (HIV)
3. Copy of passport (colored)
4. Four (4) ID pictures(passportpictures)matt finishing.
5. A blood test, syphilis test , tuberculosis test ( X ray) , hepatitis A,B and C test

DRESS CODE
All dancers must present themselves professionally in their dress, makeup, hairstyle and attitude. Dancers must change their outfits atleast twice per night, and have a variety of outfits during their work at Golden Eyes Club. The Club sponsors retail shops that sell clothes directly to the girls, and also awards some free clothing to top performing dancers.
All Dancers agree to work exclusively for Golden Eyes Club for the duration of the contract..Golden Eyes Club has the right to use all pictures of the dancers on its website and promotional materials. Dancers do not have the right to work in any other club in St. Maarten for a period of one (1) year after the termination of the contract with Golden Eyes Club .if The dancer cancels the contract before the termination date,a fine of 1500 usd must be paid by the dancer as well as the loss of all rights at Golden Eyes Club, such as commissions on drinks, and 25% of flight ticket. Failure to do so will result in legal action against the dancer.
