THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED APPROPRIATE FOR ISSUANCE OF A WARNING:
- MINORS VIOLATIONS
Furnishing intoxicating liquor to a person under 21 (18).
Person under 21 (18) handling intoxicating liquor
Person under 21 (18) selling/handling intoxicating liquor
Personnel under 21 (18) handling beer
Sale and /or furnishing to a person under 21.
Sale to a person under 21 years of age
Furnishing to a person under 21 years of age
Conviction - for employment of person under 18
Conviction - Sale to minor
Employment of a person under 18 years of age
Minor consuming alcoholic beverages
Sale to intoxicated person
- ALLOWING IMPROPER CONDUCT
Solicitation for prostitution
Agent or Permit Holder in an intoxicated condition
Agent or employee assaulting a patron
Illegal sale and/or possession of dangerous Drugs
Receiving and/or concealing stolen property
Theft (Theft by deception).
Permit Holder attempting to start a riot
Possession of illegal firearms
Physical contact with patrons
Possession of untaxed cigarettes
