Hackney service bodies were designed in the field where the action is, with critical input from strongly service oriented Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical contractors nationwide.
Blending a mix of functional utility, outstanding inventory control, highly flexible interiors and shelving, extra sharp appearance, impressive structural integrity and exceptional longevity was no easy task, but our customers and the Hackney engineering team were up to the challenge.
The result was a one of a kind service vehicle, modeled after the West Coast “Supertruck” concept, but with loads of unique Hackney innovations to make it adapt and excel in a variety of vocational applications and geographic locations.
Whatever your trade specialty is and whatever size truck you need, Hackney has a model for you. And because they all wear the name Performer, they stand to be the most productive and sales attracting vehicles in your fleet.
PLUMBING:

When it comes to a plumbing service body, the P/2000 “Supertruck” is the flagship of the Hackney fleet.
With infinitely adjustable track shelving and bin storage system, interior pipe and ladder racks, and pull-out ramp, the P/2000 is designed to meet the unique needs of service oriented plumbing contractors. It’s full width swing-out barn doors on the rear and lower 3 step recessed stepwell afford easy access to the totally flexible interior possibilities.
The P/2000 mounts on most medium duty cab-over and conventional chassis.
Too much truck? Then look at the P/1000 for a smaller version of the supertruck, designed to pair up with a cutaway van style chassis. The P/1000 has most of the features of it's big brother in a smaller, more compact package.
HVAC:

The AC/1000 is a specially designed Hackney supertruck with interior layout and shelving for the progressive HVAC service and repair contractor.
Wide aisle, infinitely adjustable shelving with organized storage bins, open spaces for recovery pumps, filters, tanks, etc. are just some of the features in this compact body for cutaway van style chassis.
The AC/2000 is a full sized body with the same interior layout and even more features and versatility when mounted on a medium duty cab-over or conventional chassis.
ELECTRICAL:

The ES/1000 was jointly designed with one of the leading electrical service and repair contractors in the country, and is the most vocation specific of any of our bodies. An electrician’s dream, this body has space for everything, including a 24 ft. extension ladder and four sizes of A-frame ladders – all inside.
The ES/2000 is a full sized body with the same interior layout and even more features and versatility. It can be mounted on the Sprinter 3500 chassis, the GM dual wheel cutaway, and most medium duty cab-over and conventional chassis.
