Dear Colleague:
The New York State Health Facilities Association is requesting program proposals for its 64th Annual Convention and Trade Show which will be held June 23-26, 2013, at The Turning Stone Resort and Casino, Verona, NY. We are seeking topics that will provide our membership with current information on issues that face the long-term care industry.
In addition to the normal skilled nursing facility education sessions, this year’s convention will have two concurrent SNF programs. There will be a separate session for owners and a separate session for Resident Care Team employees.

- Originality / Uniqueness Interactive style
- Timeliness of subject Overall quality
- Presenter qualifications Relevance to the industry
- Innovation
Benefits for the Presenter:

The NYSHFA/NYSCAL Convention is attended by administrators, CEOs, CFOs, directors of nursing and financial managers of nursing facilities.
Session Format:
Sessions will be 2.0 or 3.0 hours in length.
