The Board of Trustees of the Village of Spring Valley convened in Special Meeting February 25, 2013.

The following were present:

Noramie F. Jasmin Mayor

Joseph A. Desmaret Deputy Mayor (Telephone Vote)

Demeza Delhomme Trustee (Telephone Vote)

Joseph Gross Trustee (Telephone Vote)

Anthony Leon Trustee (Telephone Vote)

RESOLUTION NO. 93 OF 2013

APPROVAL TO WAIVE THE BOND FOR

ROCKLAND COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT

(PIPES ALONG MAPLE AVENUE)

Deputy Mayor Desmaret offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Trustee Gross and adopted:

WHEREAS, Mayor Jasmin requested that the Bond be waived temporarily for the Rockland County Sewer District in order for pipes to be laid along Maple Avenue, Spring Valley, NY; and

WHEREAS, such request requires the approval of the Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees; now, therefore, it is hereby

RESOLVED, that the Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees hereby approves the request from Mayor Noramie F. Jasmin to temporarily waive the Bond for the Rockland County Sewer District in order for pipes to be laid along Maple Avenue until after the Board meeting of the Rockland County Sewer District.

AYES: Mayor Jasmin, Deputy Mayor Desmaret, Trustee Delhomme, Trustee Leon, Trustee Gross

ADJOURNMENT

Deputy Mayor Desmaret offered the following resolution, which was seconded by Trustee Gross and unanimously approved:

WHEREAS, there was no further discussions to be heard; now, therefore, it is hereby

RESOLVED, that the Special Meeting of the Village of Spring Valley Board of Trustees (Telephone Votes) is hereby adjourned to Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at eight o’clock in the evening.
