THE STUDENT TRIBUTE AWARDS

Dear Colleagues:

The annual Three Rivers Counseling Association awards luncheon is Tuesday, February 4, 201. The Three Rivers Counseling Association is asking for your assistance in nominating area youth for three Student Tribute awards.

We are looking for students who are true “over-comers”—those who exemplify perseverance, resilience, courage, self-reliance, and determination in carrying on with unique endeavors or realizing goals despite obstacles. This child may not “jump out”, but he/she deserves the recognition. If you know such a student, please describe him or her on the attached nomination form and return it to us.

We will recognize one student from all three levels: elementary school, middle school, and high school. We need your help in the form of a written nomination. The honoree will be invited to attend the annual TRCA Counselor Appreciation Luncheon, along with you and a parent, where they will be presented with a plaque.

Please take some time to consider the population you serve and come up with the name of a student you feel is deserving of the Tribute Award. Fill in the attached nomination form and return it to Carol Stevens at or mail it to: 3817 Deerfield Rd., San Angelo, Texas 76904.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 24, 2014.
