Old Business

·  Review and approval of October FUG minutes Leah Approved, Charlene seconded

·  DR: Transfer Report –NDSU Adam or Merideth

o  Further discussion from last month’s call

o  Thoughts were similar to reverse transfer, use a generic letter from NDUS

o  2-year colleges get together to determine requirements for making names available to 4-year colleges

·  BND Application Month Fee Update- How is it going

o  Legacy HS in Bismarck indicated the school firewall will not let school emails through---Have other schools run into this issue?

o  BND did not have to pay for applications for students who were dual credit already

o  In the future make sure the high school counselors are prepared having high school transcripts for the students and to send with admissions representatives

New Business

·  Request to add to admissions report/ DR will be submitted: Debi

·  DR request from MiSU: Erica will be submitting after receiving feedback from users: Erica

·  High School Shared Data and High School Comparison Report: Heather

o  Need to come up with a way to show the differences

·  DPI list of classes (Core): Charlene

·  E-transcript feedback (new format): Debi

·  Hobsons Application Time Schedule: Heather

o  Some issues with missing applications so it is now being ran twice at night

o  Colleges may lose out on revenue from transcripts when dual credit courses are listed on high school transcripts. Recommendation needs to be put together to be presented.
