Math Practice: Use numbers to describe situations. / Demonstrate an understanding of basic medical terminology, including prefixes, suffixes, and root words related to major body systems / Bellwork/agenda / Students took a mini-assessment on the female reproductive system concepts we learned about earlier in the week. Students were permitted to use their notes and drawings to assist them in answering the questions.
We talked about the upcoming field trip to Benton House (assisted living facility) , and looked at the facility’s careers/job application page as well as pictures of the facility.
We went over the medical terms the students will be quizzed on next week.

Students took Cornell Notes on Student presentations on Cluster booking, wave booking, modified wave booking, and more on computer scheduling patients into appointments slots, we also talked about “open booking”
