To act as Owners (Esso, Sonagol and BP) representative to ensure that all Project HSE requirements are effectively managed and implemented by the Developer, Main Contractor and Sub Contractors.

  • Successfully coordinated with Architects, Developers, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure structural and mechanical feasibility of project drawings as they relate to safety,life safety and health codes and standards.
  • Provided guidance to Project Management through interpretations of applicable regulatory, client & local requirements.

As ‘Contractor HSE Manager’ my responsibilities encompass but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of all Pre-Tender Contractor HSE specifications and relevant documentation.
  • Drafting of HSE contract clauses for all EPC Contracts.
  • Assessment of Contractor pre-qualification criteria including HSE Plans, HSE Management Systems and budget plans.
  • Liaising and advising contract tenederers on all relevant HSE issues and requirements.
