- Tony Chadwick Linda Cressey attended – GreenZone Festival 29th & 30th June.
- 2 day music festival organised by the Military and an Event Organising Company.
- ‘Base Camp’ will be a web site, where all papers and documents in relation to the event will be uploaded.
- A traffic management system will be implemented in relation to arriving and leavingincluding parking officers on duty.
- The drop-off Zone for cars and taxis will be inside the grounds.
- Information will be sent out to ticket buyers in connection with directions and parking.
- Showsec will be hired as the Security Company.
- An Event Management Plan will be produced and uploaded.
- The Everyman Race Track entrance (Hoton end) will be the entry point for all vehicles.
- Linda requested contact details of the Event Forum, Lynne to forward.
- Lynne to advise SERCO in relation to re-cycling, waste etc.
- Stuart Adkin confirmed Environmental Health would be checking the drinking water supply.
- Tony is in contact with the local Police.
- Fire Service will be contacted, Linda confirmed all fire regulation will be adhered to.
- Organisers are looking at deploying ‘track-way’ if it rains.
- Jackie requested a road sweeper be on hand following the event if it rains.
- Suggested organisers contact Burton Parish Council and CBC (Bev Green) to work out sound plan.
- Adrian Spencer Mick Ballard attended - Barrow Running Club
- Identified that a 16A is required
- Barrow could ‘piggy back’ on the joint Global order with Rothley and Birstall which would reduce costs Barrow to make contact.
- Club advised signage will alsobe required.
- Organisers confirmed that the main issues are around parking at the start of race.
- Jackie to find out about a ‘rolling road closure’
- Jackie to find out about how long a road can be closed before a road closure is required.
- Barrow Running Club to contact Jackie with copies of ‘running’ maps/plans.
- Jackie to look at the possibility of a County-Wide Global Order.

- St Georges Day Parade Loughborough - concerns re: A6 route
- Highways confirm that the Police aren’t supporting it
- 16A is required for this route?
- Diversions would be required, but all agreed they would be huge.
- Also expensive costswould be incurred in relation to signage.
- Police or a Traffic Management Company would have to make an application to change traffic lights sequence.
- Recommendation to change the route and offer a safer alternative route. Suggest route previously used by the Scouts. This could then be approved through the Town and Police Clauses Act.

- One application recieved to date from Johnson Road, Birstall which is a residential area.
- All agreed that one InternalTown and Police Clauses Act could be done to include all the roads involved in Jubilee Street Parties.
