ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AND ENGLAND ATHLETICS REGISTRATION FEE REMINDER 2016/17
Dear Member,
Both your annual subscription fee to Leeds City A.C. and England Athletics Registration are due on the 1st April 2016. The form, with prices, is included.
To enable us to update the Leeds City A.C. and England Athletics databases and forward your registration fee on the 1st April to England Athletics Please pay promptly, preferably for 1st March.
If you no longer participate in athletics please could you let me know via the above e mail address in order that I may delete your details from Leeds City Ac and England Athletics databases.
ENGLAND ATHLETIC REGISTRATION NUMBER
When you joined Leeds City A.C. you received a plastic card from England Athletics with your Competition Licence number on and also a letter which contained your log on details for your personal detail area on their database. The Competition Licence number remains with you all your competing athletic life and it is your responsibility to keep this number available to use on entry forms, when necessary. It is also your responsibility to log onto your personal details on the England Athletic database to amend your details when circumstances dictate. You need to let the Membership Secretary of Leeds City A.C. know of any changes to personal details to keep the Leeds City AC database up to date also.
If you have lost/forgotten your password please contact England Athletics on:
quoting your name, date of birth and Leeds City A.C.
You are not eligible for team selection if you have not paid your subscription to Leeds City A.C. and England Athletics.
