I just wanted to contact you with a few comments on your topic “View from the Bridge” (Lobster 72) under the caption “Mind Control & TI’s” (in Lobster 72) that relates to Eleanor White and Elizabeth Coady.

Some years ago they both contacted me separately by telephone. Though, I am highly sceptical about many of these stories, I thought they were probably genuine victims and tended to believe their story to some extent. Now I have no experience of some of the more exotic forms of mind control that they have reported on. However, I do have experience of the use of what is probably electro-magnetic radiation (possibly microwaves; though the Stasi killed Jürgen Fuchs with X-rays) in a more basic sense.

My experience of Electro-Magnetic Radiation / Microwaves

  1. About 18 months ago I began to get attacked in bed by what I think are microwaves, and it has happened about 20 times of which approximately half are documented. The latest was last night. Microwave technology is not new and its use in Zersetzen is well documented. These attacks against me always come in sequence with other (not technology based) Zersetzen attacks, so they are clearly part of a pattern. Where they are coming from, I don’t know? Probably one of the apartments that are near to me, or a van in the street as was reported in Germany. They have never happened when I am staying away from home which I often do; so they are set up for this particular location (i.e. where I sleep, etc.). I can even trigger an attack by commenting adversely about the security agencies on a blog.
  1. What happens is this: My wife wakes me up as I start shouting (loudly but unclearly – just gibberish) in the middle of the night in my sleep. I have a headache, and my head and upper neck are flushed beetroot red and hot. What suggests to me a focussed microwave attack is that the symptoms are similar to others as reported in Germany and elsewhere, and each time they come it is amidst a pattern of other Zersetzen attacks. The tidemark between the flushed skin and normal skin on my neck makes a very clear demarcation line which might suggest the sort of precise focus that a microwave would make.
  1. A second form of attack, that occurs much more often (possibly 50 times – I haven’t kept a record) is a more general one where my head and shoulders flush red, but I wake up by myself and without shouting.

Up to 18 months ago, Zersetzen for us had been a campaign of threats, albeit very nasty, and serious professionally spread slanders. But using microwave technology makes a difference, because bombarding a person with microwaves constitutes a clear aggravated physical assault – each time it happens.

Now, since I have no experience of them, I have difficulty when I hear about complaints of implants, mind control or any of that sort of stuff. Indeed most of these complainants are agents’ provocateur trying to muddy the waters for genuine victims by making ludicrous statements.

However, some people can get disturbed when victimised for many years by a prolonged Zersetzen attack, particularly if the attack includes some sort of basic microwave action against them. There is nothing sophisticated in basic microwave attacks. Over 10 years ago Dr. Reinhardt Munzert in an article “THE MISUSE OF MICROWAVE WEAPONS BY CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS” wrote that such devices could be built by criminals with only “a basic knowledge of electronics”.

Phillip Snowden leaked information on GCHQ’s Zersetzen program designed to cause Psychological, Physiological and Affective Stress in their target victims. These two ladies are under prolonged stress. Though I don’t necessarily subscribe to all that they say, I thought that some of it was credible.

A couple of years ago a Canadian ‘media researcher” asked me to comment on Snowden’s revelations (as described by the US media such as NBC) and I am enclosing my comments by attachment

As the Snowden reports show (see my attachment), the objective of Zersetzen is to cause Psychological, Physiological and Affective Stress in their target victims. It is easy to see how some genuine victims may be stressed and scared to the point where their imagination starts taking over.

After all these women have been subjected to a prolonged and heavy persecution for years. It is not mind control but a series of threats and attacks that are designed to destroy the abused victim’s (TI if one likes) personality.
