DRESS: NAMEF Dress Regulations, Registered T-Shirts Permitted

STABLING: On a first come, first serve basis at N$40.00 per horse per day/night.

GRASS: Available at N$60.00 per bale (limited Bales available) (only available for participants from out of town, i.e. non coastal towns)

BEDDING: Per Bag of Shavings N$20.00 (limited Bags available) (only available for participants from out of town, i.e. non coastal towns)

NOTES:

1. All NAMEF and FEI Rules shall apply. Telephonic or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted. Late Entry’s must be accompanied by DOUBLE the Entry Fee, and will not appear in the Program!

2. Classes: 70cm-1.30m, PRP-A & Freestyle Tests are open to full members of NAMEF, or another National Federation. All entry forms from members of another Federation must be signed by their Federations secretary. NERA members have to complete a NAMEF registration form (no fee applicable) and submit to the NAMEF grading secretary; all horses have to be registered with NAMEF.

Classes: 60cm Jumping, Para Dressage, Dinky Dressage’s & Fun Competitions are open to members of any Registered Riding Club. Horses and Riders do not have to be registered with NAMEF.

4. The PARA EQUESTRIAN DRESSAGES are open to Handicapped Children/Juniors & Adults only. A Doctors Certificate may be requested by the Organizing Committee for proof.

5. Tack, Bits and Clothing must comply with the relevant NAMEF Rules & Regulations.

6. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes. Amend the time schedule mentioned in the program. Change the starting order of Riders and their Horses in case of need. Postpone or cancel the show in part or totally, in case of unforeseen and/or special circumstances

7. All horses must be accompanied by their updated Horse Passports, which should be available for inspection at any given time.

8. All Dogs must be on leads.

9. Catering will be available.

Neither NAMEF, RVS, the show jumping body, its officials or representatives as well as the organizers shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, the public or their property at the show, caused by, or resulting from this show.
