As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all lunches so as to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible. If you do not have internet access, please contact Lori Harder at (780) 763-2405. This website will work off any smart phone or tablet.

HERE’S HOW TO GET STARTED: REMEMBER> Even if you have ordered in previous years, your kids have been erased. We start from scratch each year.

Click on "Click Here to Register"

Enter Access Code:MHL

Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)

Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attendsMannville School

Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)

We only accepthot lunch order payments via cheque or cash. After you have chosen your meals, please print off the remittance form and submit with your payment to your child’s homeroom teacher or to the main office.

The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple.

MONTHLY ORDERING AND WHOLE YEAR PRE-ORDERS

We do not have a whole year order form this year. If you wish to order for the whole year at once, please go to each individual month and pick your menus.

***Please note the cut-off dates for each of the schedules. PLEASE REMEMBER: WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING ORDERS AFTER THESE CUT-OFF DATES. (Your emails, phone calls and facebook messages will not be answered). If you miss a deadline, then you must order from the other menus listed.***

If you choose to pre-order for the year, you may remit 3 post-dated checks for: October 31, 2016; January 31, 2017 and March 31, 2017. If this does not work for you, please contact Lori Harder to set up an alternate arrangement.

THUMB’S UP THURSDAYS

Thumb’s Up Thursdays are still designed to be Fundraisers for the school. We are able to donate to the Mannville Education Fund Association (MEFA) to be used for various student activities throughout the year as deemed by its executive.
