Code Library:-

·  Create a blog, discussion forum, attach source code, link to the article that you found

·  List of projects/new technology used

Code of quality:-

·  Coding standard document-how can you avoid sequel, providing meaningful codes, break it down etc., comment it

·  Read the document to have a feel of the procedures at the time of joining for new joiners

·  Audit by PL/auditor

·  Resharper -automated tool for code quality

·  For code commenting –Ghost Tool

Framework/Auto code Generator:-

·  Cod smith/Entity Framework, whibuate

·  Code builder etc.

Other code component:-

·  IDE for JavaScript

·  Debug tool for SQL

Safety:-

·  Have your code in source safe (TFS)

·  Regular Backups

Customer Service:-

·  Look at the project from user prospective, ensure better user experience

·  Language Quality (Email practices)

·  Responsiveness-everybody should use outlook, check mails regularly, response in reasonable time, use task/reminder
