The 10 Blueprint Keys

*Rate each of the below on a scale of 1-10 with compassion & curiosity (1 = breakdown, very little and 10 = no improvement needed, 100%). Awareness is key to changing and shifting anything in our lives.

1.  Connecting with the Divine YOU

Many of us have become disconnected from who we truly are due to busyness, negative life circumstances and challenges. Re-connecting with all parts of ourselves- desires, body, emotions, beliefs, personal power, and our “something bigger” is the path to healing, health and happiness.

Tips & Tools:

-  Take time to reflect & write your desires in all 7 life areas (self, health, relationships, passion, purpose, money/material, and spirituality)

-  Take 5 min each morning and evening to connect with all parts of you.

-  Use a guided T.M.P. practice to connect and accept all of you at least 1x/day.

2.  Cultivating Self-Acceptance, Love & Worth

Cultivating ultimate self-acceptance is essential for creating a healthy body and living an abundant life. Accepting all parts of you, as well everything in your past, and releasing guilt, shame and blame is essential to healing anxiety/depression, weight, and illness. You can’t heal a body you hate. You will only receive and attract that which you believe you are worthy of receiving.

Tips & Tools:

-  Start your day by writing and/or saying what you appreciate about yourself.

-  Write yourself a self-acceptance letter- include anything you did or didn’t do in the past, your body, etc.

-  Use a guided T.M.P. practice to connect, accept, feel and release negative emotions and plant seeds of self-acceptance and worth 1-3x/day.

3.  Embodying Self-Trust

We have learned to trust and value other people’s opinions instead of following our own desires and inner wisdom. We are the only ones that know what we need and what our heart desires- in all areas of our life. Learning how to connect and trust your inner guidance will support you in making positive, lasting progress in all areas of your life.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect on when and why you stopped trusting yourself and listening & following your heart/guidance.

-  What is one small action you can take today that your heart/spirit is guidance you to take?

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to connect with courage, your guidance and plant seeds of self-trust 1-3x/day.

4.  Connecting with & Trusting Your “Something Bigger”

We are all connected to “Something Bigger” (call it God, source, universe, etc.) but have become disconnected due to busyness, difficult life circumstances and trauma. Cutting off this connection creates anxiety, depression, illness, and keeps you stuck in the vicious pattern of struggle and survival fears. Learn to connect, listen to and trust your Something Bigger so that you can follow the guidance, make decisions that honor you- your health, relationships, passions, money, biz/ purpose, etc. vs. listening to what others think you should do and feeling like you have to figure it all out and do it all alone.

Tips & Tools:

-  Take 5 minutes each morning and at bedtime, close your eyes, and silently speak/ask/pray to your something bigger–how you feel and what you need guidance on, then listen.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to connect with your something bigger, receive guidance and shift any fears/beliefs that could hold you back from receiving 1-3x/day.

5.  Releasing Stress & Living a Balanced Life

Stress is the #1 cause and progression of weight, depression, pain and chronic illness and also blocks your creativity and guidance. It is often caused by working too much, people pleasing and trying to be perfect. Learning how to relax your body and mind, and create a balanced lifestyle with lots of REST and PLAY is essential to heal and receive. The truth is there are no mistakes or failures.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: Which of the 3 P’s causes you the most stress (perfection, people pleasing, or pretending to be superwoman).

-  Write one action you can take today to release it (and the stress it causes)

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to feel and release stress and the fears/beliefs that are keeping you stuck in your 3 P pattern(s) 1-3x/day.

6.  Nurturing You & Your Body

Most of us were not taught how to nurture ourselves. We didn’t see our parents do so and therefore never learned to give our body, mind, and spirit what they need. Learning how and making time to nurture your body with food, rest, and movement is necessary to stay healthy or heal. We can’t fully live our purpose or passions, make money, or spend time with loved ones if we are burnt out or sick.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: Do you spend the time you need to nurture your mind, body, spirit daily? If not, why?

-  Write one action you will take daily for each- mind, body, and spirit. Block time on your calendar to do so.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to nurture your mind, body, and spirit and release the beliefs that hold you back from doing so 1-3x/day.

7.  Being Your Truth & Keeping Healthy Boundaries

Not speaking & acting from your truth can make you depressed, fat and sick. Releasing the need to please others and not tolerating unacceptable behavior is Learning how to express your needs, wants and soul desires PLUS set and keep healthy boundaries with yourself & others (family, friends, clients, etc.) is essential to living your healthy, abundant life of passion & purpose.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: Do you speak & be your truth with everyone in your life? If not, who? Why?

-  Write one action you will take to start being & speaking your truth the above person.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to speak & be your truth and release the beliefs that hold you back from doing so 1-3x/day.

8.  Creating Your Circle of Support

The truth is that you deserve loving relationships & need positive support, especially when healing or facing other life challenges. Perhaps you think you have to do everything on your own, have trouble asking for support and tend to put others’ needs & desires before yours. You many also stay in relationships that are not honoring of you for fear of being alone or because you don’t believe (on some level) you deserve better. Cultivate a circle of positive support, attract people that love and honor you & let go of unfulfilling relationships…it is necessary for your health, healing and happiness.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: Are there any toxic relationships in your life? People that don’t respect, honor or fully support you? If yes, why do you stay in this relationship?

-  Write an ideal friend, partner, healer/coach, and/or boss list.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to connect with your self-worth and release the beliefs that keep you stuck in unfulfilling relationship(s) 1-3x/day.

9.  Living Your Passions & Purpose!

Our life experiences and the challenges we face are often the catalyst for us finding & living our purpose. On the flip side, not living our purpose and passions can create negative symptoms in our bodies–weight, pain, depression, and other illnesses. Finding and living our passions key to feeling & having an abundant life. Discovering and releasing the sneaky self-limiting beliefs, as well as taking time to nurture your passions and purpose is essential to being healthy, happy, and living the life you were born to live.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: What lights you up? What do you love to do OR did you love to do as a child?

-  Write 1 action you will take in the next 2 weeks for each passion/purpose and schedule it on your calendar.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to connect with your passions/purpose and the fears/beliefs that could hold you back from taking the actions above 1-3x/day.

10. Mastering Your Money

Dive into discovering your relationship with money and any blocks you may have. Be a contribution to YOU and others, do what you love, and get paid what feels good (your gifts and talents are priceless)! Learn tools to shift your scarcity mindset, and the self-limiting beliefs you have about money and work (not good enough, have to work hard to succeed, make money and more) so you can receive an abundance of money with ease.

Tips & Tools:

-  Reflect: What did you see, hear, and experience when growing up regarding money?

-  Write: What beliefs do you hold about money? Write them down and then write an opposite/truth. Example: I never have enough money vs. I always have an abundance of money flowing to me.

-  Listen to a guided T.M.P. practice to release guilt, shame or fear around money and the beliefs that keep you from receiving more with ease 1-3x/day.
