(JANUARY2012) - Chuck Lanyard, President of The Goldstein Group, New Jersey’s leading commercial real estate brokerage firm, announcedthat Greg Panayotiand Peter Charshafian have joined the Company as sales associates. Panayoti and Charshafianare responsible for procuring new business and serving clients’ retail real estate requirements throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.

Greg Panayoti, Sales Associate, recently joined The Goldstein Group. Greg's real estate experience spans over 15 years, beginning with residential and multi-family properties. He also has been involved in the sales and marketing of numerous investment sale properties and REO properties. As a previous owner of multi-unit housing and apartment buildings, he is well versed in property rehabilitation and management. Greg and his family were also the owner/operators of a popular retail ice cream business in Bergen County for several years. He holds a B.S. from Rutgers/New Jersey Institute of Technology. Peter Charshafian, Sales Associate, joined The Goldstein Group in January 2012. Prior to joining the Company, he attended the University of New Haven in West Haven, Connecticut, where he graduated with a B.S. in Sport Management. He is a member of ICSC. Peter is responsible for procuring new business and property assignments and retailer representations throughout Northern and Central New Jersey.
