For agency staff, the agencies are contractually responsible for data protection training, and we don’t record it.
3.How many incidents occurred in the last year involving the loss or leakage of sensitive data either due to accidental or malicious handling of data?
There were 22 incidents in the last 12 months.

- What technology is in place to prevent the accidental or malicious loss or leakage of sensitive data?
We use a Sophos DLP on our email as well as Sophos port control which only allows writing to Trust approved encrypted devices.
