Students will review vocabulary to Anglo-Saxon literature
Students will review PowerPoint presentation
Unit/Lesson: Beowulf Unit – Anglo-Saxon Lit.
Wednesday
Students will take unit test on Anglo-Saxon literature and Beowulf (Flexibility may warrant to move test to Friday) Switch lessons around. Perhaps introduce Medieval PowerPoint at this juncture. / BR: none- test!
Students will take test
Students will get intro to Medieval literature via PowerPoint to set the stage for unit study

Thursday
Student will take ASVAB test
Limited class time
Vocabulary: Theme Handout
I can write about the theme of good and evil
I can list elements of Christianity and paganism

Students will have limited time in class
Unit/Lesson: Medieval Introduction
Chaucer – Canterbury Tales
