Dear business owner/operator

Pacific Highway upgrade Sapphire to Woolgoolga – temporary impact on parking on the corner of Isles Drive and Industrial Drive, Isles Industrial Estate, Coffs Harbour

Roads and Maritime Services has engaged Leighton Contractors and Fulton Hogan to design and construct the 25 kilometre Sapphire to Woolgoolga Pacific Highway upgrade.

Between 6 June and 20 June 2013, weather permitting, girders from the Leighton Contractors Pre-cast Facility in the Isles Industrial Estate will be transported to the Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade.

The girders will be transported on:

·  Thursday 6 June 2013.

·  Wednesday 12 June to Saturday 15 June 2013 (inclusive)

·  Monday 17 June to Thursday 20 June 2013 (inclusive)

On these days, there will be a temporary restriction on parking at the corner of Isles Drive and Industrial Drive in the Isles Industrial Estate. The temporary restriction will be in place from about 6.30am until 3.30pm. This is to allow longer girders from the pre-cast facility to be transported safely through this area to the Sapphire to Woolgoolga project.

The no-parking area will be delineated by traffic cones. Coffs Harbour City Council has been consulted in regards to the impact on this local road.
