Tobacco Benefit Education for Employers – April 17, 2013
The Utah Department of Health and the Utah Tobacco Prevention Task Force is working with Utah employers to promote tobacco free campuses and tobacco cessation. We suggest that in addition to utilizing publicly available resources, every employer work with their health plan to understand what benefits and other tools are available for employees attempting to stop tobacco.
Please fill out the following brief questionnaire explaining your tobacco cessation benefits. Please respond on behalf of the majority of your Utah business. We have left space for other information at the end, and invite you to attach any marketing materials, brochures, flyers, articles, or other items that will help employers understand what you have to offer. We will make this available to employers at the Tobacco Free Workforce Business Summit on May 1, 2013.
