Junior Development Report September 2015 - Kate Wickson
Raffle
Our Raffle was a great success with just over $1000 raised. Hopefully this will go a long way in paying for two sets of goal keeping gear to be used for Juniors.
Junior Hockey Presentation
Another great turnout for the Presentation, with each team being presented with awards chosen by the Team coach. Team photos and a Wagga Hockey T-shirt was given out to all Juniors. A very big thank you to Benson Williams for his hard work in getting the t-shirts printed. They were very well received by players and parents and I am glad to see that they have been proudly worn to many hockey events – great promotion of Wagga Hockey.
Junior Results
Two fantastic grand finals were held.
Junior A: Yellow versus Green, with Green winning the Premiership.
Under 16: Red versus Blue, Blue winning the Premiership.
Junior A Overall Best and Fairest: Lauren Jolliffe

Under 16 Overall Best and Fairest: Adam Boyd

2016 Season
Planning is already underway for the season. Very excited with the potential to play night games due to the Lights being added to the Noonan Turf.
A Junior Hockey Meeting is planned for the coming weeks to further discuss the 2016 Season.
