ACH, LLC (formerly Visteon), Washtenaw County
On June 5, 2007, the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and Automotive Components Holdings, LLC, (ACH, formerly Visteon) entered into WHMD Order No. 111-03-07 for the Saline Plant (Facility), located at 7700 Michigan Avenue, Saline, Washtenaw County, Michigan (MID 009 305 665). The Order was entered to provide a mechanism for ACH to reimburse the DEQ for the costs incurred for oversight of the post closure and corrective action activities conducted by ACH and its agents pursuant to the DEQ‑approved Post Closure Plan and to resolve the DEQ’s claims for Oversight Costs.
