The Couch Center is located at 1524 Asp Ave, Norman, OK 73072. Housing check-in will be held in conjunction with the URPD event registration check in located in the OCCE Thurman J. White Forum Building, 1704 Asp Ave., Norman, OK 73072. Registration hours are Tuesday, June 23 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. If you need to check in after registration closes, please go directly to the Couch Center lobby for on-campus dorm housing assistance.
Bed linens, two towels and two washcloths will be provided at check-in. Also available at check-in, anyone staying in on-campus housing may request a parking permit. Check out time shall be completed no later than noon without prior written approval.
Also, please note that all on-campus housing options include breakfast. Although breakfast items will also be available before the start of each meeting, we highly recommend that you eat breakfast associated with your housing option.
Attendees may change or cancel on-campus dorm housing reservations until Friday, May 29, 2015, before 5:30 p.m. Eastern or be subject to a one night’s room deposit of $65. Any room canceled after Monday, June 8, 2015, is subject to full payment and no refunds will be given.

Each cottage has two queen bedrooms, a bath, living room, dining room and kitchen. To further the feeling of home away from home, each cottage comes with a phone, wireless internet access, TVs, a digital alarm clock, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and service for four. Guests enjoy reserved parking adjacent to cottage on the University of Oklahoma campus
All guests check in and out at the Sooner Suites office at 1775 Maple Ave, Cottage 402. The office is open daily from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. All Sooner Suites guests are provided with a parking permit at check in.
