FOR SAFETY SAKE PLEASE READ and OBSERVE
PROPERTY RULES 2012
1. KEEP CLEAR OF HORSES except under Authorized Supervision.
This includes patting or feeding horses or RISK GETTING HURT
2. Children & OTHERS NOT DIRECTLY INVOLVED MUST BE SUPERVISED
AT ALL TIMES ……. WIRE FENCES ARE ELECTRIC
3. WALK ONLY
4. LEAVE ALL GATES AS YOU FIND THEM INCLUDING FRONT GATE
5. PRACTICAL OUTDOOR/COUNTRY FOOT ATTIRE to be WORN at ALL TIMES
6. NO WANDERING AROUND BUSH or FIELDS UNACCOMPANIED BY an INSTRUCTOR
7. NO EATING near horse areas or when HANDLING or RIDING HORSES
8. NO CLIMBING on ANYTHING (unless a horse/mounting block in a lesson!)
9. NO SMOKING, LITTERING or (DOGS in horse area’s)
10. NO ALCOHOL or anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs permitted on this property
11. NO UMBRELLAS (They may frighten horses) so use a hat!
12. CARS SHOULD be LOCKED and VALUABLES SECURED
13. MAXIMUM DRIVEWAY SPEED 10 km
14. 4WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLES ONLY to TOW FLOATS onto PROPERTY
Otherwise load/unload at end of cul-de-sac
15. NO UNNECESSARY NOISES or GAMES while waiting (e.g. No ball/rock throwing etc.)
16. ALL STUDENTS/HELPERS MUST WEAR CURRENT STANDARD RIDING HELMET and CORRECT HORSE RIDING FOOTWEAR & have filled in waivers and exp/induction forms prior to being in direct contact with horses on this property.
17. FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE RULES WILL CONSTITUTE YOU and/or your horse
BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY to help ensure the safety and comfort of others.
**MISSED LESSONS require a $10 retainer fee due at commencement of next lesson**
