Subject: PRE NATIONAL COACHING FOR U-19 KABADDI BOYS- Reg

I am pleased to inform you that our Vidyalaya has successfully conducted the KVS Regional Kabaddi Meet for U-14 & 19 Boys from 22-04-2018 to 23-04-2018. In this connection the following points may be noted for strict compliance:

U-14 boys winning team KV Tirumalagiri will Organize Pre National Coaching Camp.

U-19 boys selected mixed team will Represent the 49th KVS National Sports Meet to be held at Bhubaneswar from 29-06-2018 to 02-07-2018.

The Pre National Coaching Campfor U-14 & 19 boys 10 days (including journey period) will be conducted at KV Tirumalagiri

Coaching Camp for U-14 &19 dates are from 18-06-2018 to 25-06-2018.

The Selected Participants and Coach will report to the venue on 17-06-2018 by 05.00 pm

All the selected students will come with the full sports kit.

KVS Hyderabad regionteam will proceed to the 49th Nationals venue i.e. KIIT Bhubaneswar.

The Team Coach Mr. VivekDagur(TGT P&HE) KV Nalgonda & Escort Mr. GB Padma Rao(TGT P&HE) KV Tirumalagiri, will report at KV Tirumalagiri on 17-06-2018 at 03.00 pm.

The team is going by Vishaka Express on 26-06-2018 from Secunderabad to Bhubaneswar.

The team will return back by Vishaka Express to the Secunderabad railway station on 04-07-2018 at 7 am. In this connection I request all the concerned Principals please depute escort teachers to collect back the students from Secunderabad railway station.

Every Child should carry 2 passport size photos bearing NAME and Date of photograph.

Participating students should carry the ID card issued by Vidyalaya.

All the students are requested to bring the Single Eligibility form (printed), No Objection, Risk & Medical certificate and Aadhar Xerox copy and photocopy of Birth Certificate attested by the principal, otherwise they may not be allow to participate in the camp as well as National Meet.

No child is allowed to carry Expensive Items,(Mobiles etc), during the Coaching camp and National Meet.
