End-of-Project Report
This report will describe your project and the environmental education efforts you have accomplished through your Kansas Green Schools Water Quality Grant. This report must be received no later than June 1, 2013, and upon receipt of the report and any supplemental materials you will receive the final 5% of your grant funds. Please include all of the information requested. Also, include copies of any pictures (before and after your project was completed), promotional items or articles, student work, etc. that will help us understand your project and environmental education efforts. We encourage you to involve students in documenting the project and environmental education efforts, as well as in completing this report. You may e-mail, fax, or mail everything to the contact information above. Any photos included with the project report may be used in promotional information about the Kansas Green Schools Program, including websites, so please make sure you have the necessary clearances before sending us the photos.

Describe Your Project
- What were your goals for the project?
- Include a detailed project location and description. Please consider including before and after photos in this description, plus any applicable drawings (these can be done by students). Describe the educational efforts you undertook as a part of this project, including what materials were used, who was targeted for educational activities, and who conducted the activities.
- How did you publicize your project? Please use student and parent school newsletters to inform others about the project. Also, consider letting local media know what your school is doing for the environment and how you are educating your students about it. Include copies of any articles, video, etc. with this report.
Activity Timeline/Workplan
Think of this as your “to do” list. List each activity necessary to implement your project and who was responsible for implementation. Please include start dates and completion dates.
Outputs
What are the products produced from the activities you listed? Please provide a list which may include planning meetings/agendas/notes, newsletters or other promotional/publicity items, equipment installations, equipment maintenance, and data collection reports, to name a few.

What were the cost components and where did the funding come from? Did anyone (students, parents, teachers, contractors) donate time, funding or materials? If so, please note it here.
Quantifying environmental results
What was your project designed to do for the environment (demonstrate alternative energy, save energy, conserve water, reduce waste)? Please include the quantitative environmental results you collected. These could include the amount of energy saved, water saved, or amount of trash recycled, whatever is appropriate for your project.
Evaluation of environmental education efforts
What indicators do you have of learning with the audiences you targeted? Please include both qualitative or narrative data and quantitative measures such as number of students participating in activities, measures of increased understanding or awareness, etc.
