Features

Ø Built-in high-capacity rechargeable 4800 Mhr battery, Takes about 4 hours to fully charge. You can’t overcharge!
Ø Comes with 3 ways to play music. 1- Bluetooth : Stream music from any Bluetooth enabled 2 - Direct from SD card (MP3 Only) 3- FM
Ø Speakerphone function. When paired with Bluetooth will let you answer calls right from the Thumper BT (Microphone on side of thumper)
Ø Supports “Line IN function” for connecting to computer, tablet or smart phone. “Line out” lets you play with Headphones (not included)!
Ø Backup battery charger recharges your smart phone just plug your charger cable into the USB port!
Ø FM radio function works by using line out cable or headphones to act as an antenna. Tap the play/play pause button to do a station search and set presets. Once set, select stations by tapping forward or back button. FM is a secondary function and results vary.
Ø Clock Mode displays current time. To set Clock go to clock mode and tap play/power button. Clock will flash. Use < and > to set hour, tap play/power button set minutes, press and hold play power to exit..
Charging the Speaker;
Ø The battery should be fully charged before first use (6 Hours for full charge, cannot over charge, 4 Hrs w/ wall charger (not included)
Ø Charges off USB port on computers or use your existing USB wall charger from your smartphone. You can charge and play with this model via the included 12 volt to USB adapter so you will never be without tunes!
Playing Music Via Bluetooth:
Ø Press power button to turn on. Unit will show BT on display. Voice prompts tell you its ready to pair with your device
Ø Turn on Bluetooth on your device and run scan. “X1” will show on your device. Pair with X1 (Voice prompt tell you its paired).
Ø Open music app on your device and play your music. (supports all music apps including Pandora and IHeart)
Putting Music on the Thumper and Playing Music Via the Micro SD Card
Ø Plug the Trail Thumper into the computer, it will show up as a device (like a flash drive) and drag and drop your MP3 files onto the device. It will only play files in MP3 format. Does not support MP4 (Itunes) or WMA files. These must be converted to MP3 format.
Ø If you choose to use the included Micro SD Card Reader (faster), remove the SD card from the Thumper (under the rubber flap),by pressing down and the SD card will spring up. Remove and slide the SD card into the USB SD card adapter and place in USB port.
Ø Copy MP3 files onto the SD card, You can make folders/playlist and the player will play in order or folders. .
Basic Controls:
Ø Press Power/Play button to start unit, Display shows BT. defaults to Bluetooth mode with voice prompts to guide you.
Ø Speakerphone allows you to answer calls by pressing the Play/Pause button to answer or hang up. Microphone is on side of Thumper
Ø Please see diagram that shows the basic button functions and controls. Press the Mode button to switch between modes. Display shows mode, Voice prompt indicates mode. 5 Modes - BT, MP3, Radio, Line in, Clock
Ø Volume is controlled by press and holding the V- or V+ to increase or decrease volume. Tap the < or > to change songs. Make sure volume on the Thumper is all the way up when you are controlling from your Bluetooth device.
Ø To use as an external speaker from just connect the line out cable (stereo plug on each end) to the 3.5 mm headphone port under rubber flap and place Thumper in “line” mode. You can also connect headphones. Put in headphone mode by pressing and holding MODE key
Ø 90 Degree Elbows can be attached to greatly increase output back at rider on bike! Will work with hard mount only at this time.
Ø Reset is located at the bottom of headphone plug under the rubber flap (see diagram). Insert paper clip and press to reset
