The equipment hire at John Landy Field is coordinated through both Geelong Athletics Inc and Geelong Little Athletics.Although payment will be made directly to City of Greater Geelong, all fees relating to the hire of equipment will be passed on to the relevant community clubs.

I agree on behalf of the hiring body/organisation named above to hire equipment as per schedule over from GEELONG ATHLELTICS INCORPORATED and agree to the following conditions :
1.To pay the hiring charges and any cost incurred as assessed by the City of Greater Geelong without delay upon receipt of a tax Invoice for same.
2.To adequately supervise the use of the equipment to eliminate and/or reduce the incidence of damage through misuse of the equipment hired from Geelong Athletics Inc.
3.That all breakages due to misuse or loss to be paid for by the hiring body/organisation.
4To notify the representative of the City of Greater Geelong a minimum of 24 hours prior to the proposed hire period of any cancellation of hire. Late cancellations will incur a fee of $20 for expenses of volunteers.

If seats are required on the infield please ask your caretaker to provide the ones in the equipment building.Do not remove chairs from Competition Office or Pavilion.
Club volunteers are to complete the following and return to Booking Officer as soon as possible – any broken or missing items are to be reported by ‘phone to enable next hirer to have a complete inventory on hand.
