CPIO,SIDBI received on August 11, 2011 a copy of endorsement of letter F. No. 25(08) / 2011-IF-II dated August 05, 2011 issued by the Under Secretary & CPIO, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi, addressed to ShriAvinashShukla, ILI Building, First Floor, Room No. 4, BhagvanDas Road, New Delhi - 110 001. While information seeker has been advised by the Ministry of Finance stating, inter-alia, that the application dated 21.07.2011 on the above cited subject and the representations dated 9th May, 2011 & a copy of letter dated 9th June, 2011 received from M/o Law & Justice, have been sent to SIDBI for appropriate action, they have also transferred the above application of applicant to SIDBI for taking appropriate action in the matter as per RTI Act, as the subject matter of application pertains to SIDBI.
The information seeker, Assistant Editor, in the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, VidhiSahityaPrakashan, New Delhi based on the instructions issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) dated September 30, 2009, had made a request to Joint Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi for transfer of his wife Smt.UmaPandeyShukla, Deputy General Manager posted at SIDBI,Mumbai to Northern Zonal Office of SIDBI at New Delhi. Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance vide its letter dated May 13, 2011 has forwarded the said letter of ShriAvinashShukla to SIDBI for appropriate action.
In the above background, the information seeker is informed that: (i) Ministry of Finance has already advised the information seeker vide its letter dated August 2/5, 2011 that his application dated May 09, 2011 and copy of letter dated June 09, 2011 received from Ministry of Law & Justice have been forwarded to SIDBI for appropriate action; and (ii) SIDBI has already sent its reply to ShriS.R.Dhaleta, Joint Secretary & Legislative Counsel, VidhiSahityaPrakashan, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law & Justice, ILI Building, New Delhi vide letter No. 13099/HRDD/Staff.5 dated August 10, 2011.
