How to get to Eindhoven?
There are two main options to get to Eindhoven. Apart from Action members from The Netherlands and neighboring countries who wish to come by car of train, most of you will either fly to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport or Eindhoven Airport.

Eindhoven Airport is about 9 km from the campus. There are direct busses from Eindhoven Airport that go to Eindhoven Central Station and take you there in about 20 minutes. The numbers of these bus lines are 400 (non-stop direct bus, departs every 15 minutes) and 401 (departs 6 times per hour). Tickets should be bought directly from the vending machine inside the bus or outside. A ticket is € 3.70, and can only be paid in cash. At Eindhoven Central Station, you can also buy bus tickets back to Eindhoven Airport.
Participants who fly to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport need to take the direct InterCity train to Eindhoven (which also stops at Amsterdam Zuid, Amsterdam Bijlmer ARENA, Utrecht Centraal, and ‘s-Hertogenbosch), which has a final destination to Heerlen. Another option is to board any train to Utrecht Centraalor InterCity train to Nijmegen and take a train to Maastricht at Utrecht Centraal Station which departs from platform (Dutch: perron) 15. Trains to Heerlen depart from Schiphol Train Station every 30 minutes (at xx: 16 and xx:46 hours), and take you to Eindhoven in about 90 minutes. The Train Station is located underground and can be easily found following the signs. Tickets can be bought from vending machines are at a counter which is located in the main hall at Schiphol Airport.
A single fare trainticket is € 19,80 + the costs for a temporary chipcard.
There are direct trains to Schiphol Airport going back from Eindhoven: (xx:18 and xx:48 hours from platform 5)
