Principals-Reporting Cheat Sheet

LOG IN

  • Go to
  • Enter your User Name: (school number)_ap or school#_principal
  • Enter your Password: Thinkgate2014!
  • Enter your Client ID: wake
  • Select the Sign In button
  1. Student Achievement Overall
  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Assessments Results tile
  3. Click Expand icon
  4. In the left pane Fill inGrade, Subject, Curriculum
  5. Fill in Term(s), Category, Assessment Type(s), Year
  6. Under DEMOGRAPHICS
  7. Fill in Gender, Race, Limited LEP, Disability, Socioeconomic, Migrant
  8. Click Searchbutton at top of pane
  9. This will produce a list of possible options
  10. Click the “REPORT” icon
  11. Click Progress Report in the report selection dialog box
  12. Click Student under the VIEW category on the left
  13. Student Achievement is displayed for each student in the school.
  1. class achievement overall
  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Assessments Results tile
  3. Click Expand icon
  4. In the left pane Fill inGrade, Subject, Curriculum
  5. Fill in Term(s), Category, Assessment Type(s), Year
  6. Under DEMOGRAPHICS
  7. Fill in Gender, Race, Limited LEP, Disability, Socioeconomic, Migrant
  8. Click Search button at top of pane
  9. This will produce a list of possible options
  10. Click the “REPORT” icon
  11. Click Progress Report in the report selection dialog box
  12. Click Class under the VIEW category on the left
  13. Class Achievement is displayed for each student in the school.

C. Student Achievement by Standard

  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Assessments Results tile
  3. Click Expand icon
  4. In the left pane Fill inGrade, Subject, Curriculum
  5. Fill in Term(s), Category, Assessment Type(s), Year
  6. Under DEMOGRAPHICS
  7. Fill in Gender, Race, Limited LEP, Disability, Socioeconomic, Migrant
  8. Click Search button at top of pane
  9. This will produce a list of possible options
  10. Click the “REPORT” icon
  11. Click Masteryon the popup screen
  12. Click Standards by Student under the VIEW category on the left
  13. Student Achievement by Standard is displayed for each student.

D. Class Achievement by standard

  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Assessments Results tile
  3. Click Expand icon
  4. In the left pane Fill inGrade, Subject, Curriculum
  5. Fill in Term(s), Category, Assessment Type(s), Year
  6. Under DEMOGRAPHICS
  7. Fill in Gender, Race, Limited LEP, Disability, Socioeconomic, Migrant
  8. Click Search button at top of pane
  9. Click the “REPORT” icon
  10. Click Progress Report in the report selection dialog box
  11. Click Standard under the VIEW category on the left
  12. Class Achievement by Standard is displayed for each student in the school

E. at-risk student report

  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Assessments Results tile
  3. Click Expand icon
  4. In the left pane Fill inGrade, Subject, Curriculum
  5. Fill in Term(s), Category, Assessment Type(s), Year
  6. Under DEMOGRAPHICS
  7. Fill in Gender, Race, Limited LEP, Disability, Socioeconomic, Migrant
  8. Click Search button at top of pane
  9. This will produce a list of possible options
  10. Click the “REPORT” icon
  11. Click At Riskon the popup screen
  12. Click Students by Domain under the VIEW category on the left
  13. At-Risk Student Report is displayed for each student.

F. historical data by student

  1. Click Reporting
  2. In Advanced Reporting tile click Report Engine
  3. Under CUSTOMIZE CRITERIA
  4. Select Clear Criteria
  5. Click the OK button
  6. Select Course
  7. Under COURSE
  8. Fill in Grade, Subject, Course, Curriculum
  9. Select Student
  10. Under STUDENT
  11. Fill in Name, ID
  12. Click Find Availablebutton
  13. Under CUSTOMIZE CRITERIA
  14. Select Run Report
  15. This will produce a report
  16. Click student under the VIEW category on the left
  17. Historical Data by Student is displayed for that student

G. historical data by teacher

  1. Click Reporting
  2. In Advanced Reporting tile click Report Engine
  3. Under CUSTOMIZE CRITERIA
  4. Select Clear Criteria
  5. Click the OK button
  6. Select Course
  7. Under COURSE
  8. Fill in Grade, Subject, Course, Curriculum
  9. Select Teacher
  10. Under TEACHER
  11. Click Find Available button
  12. Under CUSTOMIZE CRITERIA
  13. Select Run Report
  14. This will produce a report
  15. Click teacher under the VIEW category on the left
  16. Historical Data by Teacher is displayed for that teacher
