AQS worked under the direct supervision of Ayla Oasis Development Company, the Owner of Ayla projects as a cost Consultant on several project in ayla .

Quantity Surveyor Engineer at theSaraya AqabaProject, a high end resort located in Aqaba, Jordan, comprising of a man made lagoon adding 1.5 kilometers of beach front, surrounded by four 5 star hotels operated by Jumeirah Group and Starwood international in addition to around 700 residential units.

AQS worked under the direct supervision of CCC, Drake and Scull and Arabtec joint venture, the Main Contractor of the Saraya Aqaba Project, assisting in the production of Contract BOQs for the Hotels’ FOH and BOH, a man-made lagoon, offices building, beach club, conference center and residential unitsacross the project.
