Welcome to the International Journal in Information Technology in Governance, Education and Business. IJITGEB is an international journal that provides platform for academicians, researchers and industry practitioner to share their knowledge and expertise in the field of information technology. The journal is joint collaboration academic researchers in Indonesia, Philippines, Korea and Japan. The journal promotes international collaboration in the ASEAN and other regions through exchange of IT business processes and practices, educational methods and approaches and IT policy making in the government. The title, name(s), affiliation(s), address(es), and phone and fax number(s) should appear on a separate cover page. This ensures anonymity of the authors during the review process. Any of the author's name should not appear elsewhere or in any part of the manuscript. After the cover page, the title should be short and informative with a maximum of twelve (12) words. It should contain the major keywords which clearly depicts its relationship to its field. An abstract of 100 - 150 words. Keywords should have a maximum of five(5) words.

Manuscript should have a maximum of 7000 words count including text in tables, figures, footnotes, references and etc. in the final publication. It must conform to the American Psychological Association Publication Manual, 6th Edition.

References should be written and follow the APA style. Authors name listed in the reference must be arranged alphabetical at the end of the manuscript. Capitalize the first letter author’s last and first name which ever comes first. In text citations should follow the following format. (i.e.) Garcia (2008) indicated… or …was stated….(Garcia 2008). Others languages which is not English should be converted to English or if possible romanized.

Non-conformance to the specifications specified above will be returned to the author for proper style revision. Contributors should be aware that an international audience being addressed in the journal. Manuscripts passed the journal committee will be published in the IJITGEB website.
