The Organisation:
Continuous Improvement, Change and Compliance (CICC) is a newly formed service which has been created as part of the wider University cross institutional review. This small service has been allocated a challenging and yet exciting agenda which is responsible for a wide assurance, compliance and efficiency agenda. Over the next period the service will play a pivotal role in the successfulness of the wider University.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recent graduate to join the newly formed Continuous Improvement, Change and Compliance Team, based centrally at the University of Sunderland’s City Campus.
TheInternship:
During the course of the Graduate Internship, the successful candidate will support the Programmes and Project Manager and the Projects TeamCICC in promoting positive customer experience and customer satisfaction within the University by encouraging continuous improvement. The successful candidate will team by providinge logistical and administrative support to CICC, working across different projects, programmes and University investment planning groups. The successful candidate will improve portfolio, programme and project planning and delivery, by producing and maintaining reports, information and documentation in a consistent form.
The Graduate Intern will also work as part of the CICC team promoting positive customer experience and customer satisfaction within the University by encouraging continuous improvement. also improve portfolio, programme and project planning and delivery, by producing and maintaining reports, information and documentation in a consistent form.
