NQT Personalised Induction Programme 2015-16
Supporting notes for NQTs
All NQTs should have an individualised programme based on their role and development targets. Each NQT should record the details of their induction programme here. Some key activities based on good practice for NQTs are suggested below. Each NQT needs to adapt this programme to reflect their own personalised programme. This should record the regular (weekly or fortnightly) structured meetings and half termly review meetings with their induction tutor, dates of lesson observations, specific training sessions identified as a priority for them and the date attended, observations of experienced staff, the Central Bedfordshire NQT conference and visits to other schools.
