You will all be able to clearly envisage how life in Freedom Housing would work for you. You can then prepare and plan for these lifeoptions and excitingpossibilities. STEPS TO BUYING, RENTING, OR SHARING A FREEDOM KEY HOUSE OR APARTMENT
- Prospective Primary Occupant registers onFreedom Key Registry to buy, rent, or share.
- The Registry is harvested to bring together 4 initialFreedom Key households (houses or apartments).
- The Registrants meet our Architectand discuss their particular requirements.
- An approveddisability service organization liaises with prospective Primary Occupants, handles NDIS applications, and provides the home care services to the Key for the first 12 months.
- A developer is invited to undertake the development.
- Stakeholders receive training in the Protocols (rules) of Freedom Housing by Freedom Key Pty Ltd.
- Freedom Key Pty Ltd controls the staged commissioning process.
- Key Committee (4 Primary Occupants or their nominees) takes control of management, governance, and advocacy functions, under the oversight of Freedom Key Pty Ltd.
