Job Title:Global Installations Manager

Reporting To:Global Customer Service Director

Job Purpose:To ensure the effective and efficient performance of site installation operations and future machine amendments through the leadership and management of site installation teams

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Manage INCA and client relationships maintaining close liaison throughout each installation. Active engagement personally or via the team or distribution staff (Includes travel to visit client sites).

  1. To manage installation team and schedule installations to a plan. Forecasting and planning resources to a budget and proactively communicating deviations or issues in advance.

  1. To ensure all necessary arrangements for on-site plant equipment, accommodation and transportation are made for most cost efficient or most productive use of resources

  1. To ensure that the levels of staff for an installation (INCA or Distribution) are planned/ agreed with client

  1. To take responsibility for gaining full customer machine acceptance once installation has been completed

  1. To complete a review of each installation plan when completed and track trends. Include learnings to improve future performance, quality and efficiency. Communicate fiscal deviations to management

  1. To ensure site surveys, risk assessments are carried out prior to installation

  1. To ensure management disciplines are implemented and give leadership to site teams to meet targets for delivery, cost, quality, health and safety

  1. To ensure staff performance is monitored and necessary management action taken in the event of performance issues – set appropriate objectives to Install team

  1. To Review all site risk assessments (INCA sites and Client) and ensure we have compliance in all cases. Ensure procedures are communicated, understood and followed by installation teams and by distributors

  1. To ensure that risks to any employees health and safety are identified and appropriate actions are taken to eliminate/minimise the risks

  1. To ensure INCA standards are achieved globally – post installation surveys and training reviewed
