Division
In order to accomplish the Division goals, Lt. Governors need to build a team a team around them, The Division Team. By building a team, the Lt. Governor can focus on the needs of the clubs and The Team becomes your backup making the Lt. Governor’s job a little easier and far more functional. Match your team up with the District Chair positions. Following is a suggested Division Team.

Qualifications
Former club builder
Experienced in building numerous successful clubs
The Job
Assumes the lead role in organizing and opening a new club site
Works with other club builders, members and prospective members in building the new club
Helps develop club builders to become master club builders
Goal
At least 150 District Master Club Builders by the
end of 2008-09

Monthly communication and advisement

Marketing/PR Counselor
Qualifications
Former club president or lt. governor
Good communication skills
Professional experience or working knowledge of marketing or public relations
Passionate about Kiwanis
Ability to contribute some time and money

Creates marketing and public relations opportunities for new club efforts
Works with the TAG Team and master club builder
Goal
One to three marketing/PR counselors for every district by the end of 2008-09
