I am currently working with CORECESS Inc. Headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, in the Product Marketing division. My job involves Product Management and Market analysis of managed Layer 2 Ethernet switches for the workgroup/enterprise/ Telco market segments, working closely with the R&D and the sales teams respectively. Providing technical sales support to CORECESS?business units members operational in the European, American, Middle East regions, channel partners, and prospective customers on CORECESS?products and Solutions, making corporate presentations to customers on the range of CORECESS?products, writing technical documents on the various products of the company, which are relevant to the customer, leading telecom operators and service providers that are CORECESS?clients (Korea Telecom- Korea, Hanaro Telecom- Korea, Yahoo Broadband- Japan, TEPCO. Japan, LDCOM- France, Song Networks- Finland, Sweden, Outremer Telecom France, to name a few). My earlier assignment was with FIBCOM India Ltd. Gurgaon, Haryana state, India which is a Fiber Optics, based Telecommunication Company and is a joint venture between Tellabs A/S-Denmark, I.F.U -Denmark, I.T.I (Govt. of India). The company is a system vendor and is into manufacturing, research and development of S.D.H/D.W.D.M based telecom products/equipment, installation, commissioning, providing N.M.S (Network Management System) solutions to leading telecom operators in India and. I have worked at FIBCOM India Ltd. as an Executive Engineer with responsibilities in Network Planning/Product Management, configuring and testing of N.M.S software, integration of the product at the network planning stage, maintenance and troubleshooting of A.T.Es (Automatic Test Equipments) used for testing the functionality of the transport modules-Add/Drop Multiplexers, Regenerators, Terminal Multiplexers , D.T.M.F /E.O.W
