AOCB
Unadopted Roads
Community Council had meeting with Head of Roads (Angus Council)
The Council now seems to have accepted that the Feuars’ Committee has no legal jurisdiction over the unadopted roads!
A suggestion that the Council explore taking responsibility for Braehead Road is explored on the grounds that the Primary Scholl is on this road and School traffic makes extensive use of it.
Footpaths
It was pointed out to the Head of Roads that a number of difficulties have occurred recently with Green paths – bearing in mind the Councils policy of encouraging green paths their help with enforcing appropriate use of the green paths has become imperative.
- Date of next meeting 6th July
