A house fills with “cannots”, without the feeling of love, harmony, peace and respect, is merely a place where family members eat, shit and sleep. It can never be a home no matter how caring we think we are.
Right and wrong, can and cannot is merely a measurement of standards. It is really who’s right and wrong; who’s can and cannot. As everyone is unique and has different standard of performance. Respect others as they are is critical in working as a team.
Everyone loves to excel, no one wants to do a lousy job, feedback respectfully in enhancing others’ performance will always be appreciated; speak ruthlessly, it only tarnish our emotional bank account with the concerned party.
Effectiveness in interpersonal relationship is greatly dependence on our emotional accounts with people. Wherever we compliment people truthfully, adding value to people, our emotional accounts are credited; wherever we condemn, criticism, speak harshly to people, our accounts are debited. When we have a high credit with an individual, everything we do, speak will go. On the hand, when our emotional account is low with a particular individual, nothing we speak, even the greatest truth of all truths, will not be received wholeheartedly.
“Sickly Failures” attract negatives by their own doing. They talk themselves into failing. They do not truly believe living in happiness and harmony. Avoid them if you can. Do not council them on the positives of life for it will surely be back-fire.
