Re:Approval for Temporary Containers

Dear Residents and Unit Owners:

Recent community reports exhibit that residents and/or unit owners are using temporary containers (i.e. PODS and/or garbage dumpsters) on the Association’s common grounds for extended periods of time without prior written approval from the Architectural Standards Committee.

Enclosed is an application form specific to the usage of these temporary containers on the Association’s common grounds. In the event that a container is required, please file a completed application with Residential Realty Group. An approved application will allow a container to be stored within the community for a period of time not to exceed five (5) days. It is of the utmost importance that all residents and unit owners understand this process, as failure to comply will result in fines levied against the unit owner. The fines are pursuant to Baltimore County Codes 14-3-103 and 18-2-608 and shall not exceed $100.00 per day.

In addition, any containerimpeding a fire lane shall be reported to local enforcement agencies for immediate relocation to an appropriate site within the community. All costs incurred for the relocation of the container shall be billed to the unit owner and fines shall be levied.

It is our hope that all tenants and unit owners will respect the policies and procedures that are in place to maintain the high aesthetic standards of a luxury community along with ensuring the well being of our residents.

Please direct any questions, or concerns, regarding this correspondence to Residential Realty Group, Inc. at (410) 654-4444.
