Class Descriptions
ZUMBA - Zumba is a FUN fitness program that combines Latin dance rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a unique fitness program. You get to dance, burn calories, energise your body, tone up and have a BLAST!
BOOT CAMP - A great variety of fun callisthenic, body weight and strength training exercises, combined with interval and circuit style sessions. Bootcamp will power you to ultimate fitness.
CARDIO JAM – A mix of various forms of your favourite aerobic styles such as and not withstanding boxercise, step aerobics, circuit and spin classes.
YOGA - Yoga comprises of gentle relaxing movements aimed at enhancing your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
PCYC PUMP- Is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups while also shaping and toning your muscles, improves general fitness and well-being, helps increase bone density and burns hundreds of calories per class.
BODY BLAST - Based on the principles of high intensity interval training that give repeated bouts of high intensity. Great for weight loss and toning.
SPIN–Spin circuit offers a mix between spin classes that are great way to get in a vigorous workout - burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape with circuit classes. Combines cardio exercise with strength training.
FIGHTING FIT - This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and supported by driving m]usic. Strike and punch, your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
