To whom this may concern:
The Douglasville Tiger Cubs Football & Cheerleading Association is preparing for another action-packed season! An important reason for the success we realize each year is the strong support of our sponsors. We gratefully acknowledge our sponsor’s role in improving the quality of our program. We appreciate your help in providing the resources for us to improve what we do for the children of Douglasville and the surrounding areas.
There are a number of ways that you can help. Recognition of your support and generosity, we have designed benefits which allow you to realize due recognition from our members. We will announce your company’s name during a home game during half-time. If you would like to take a further step and make a donation of funds to our park this would be greatly appreciated also. If the donation of currency exceeds over $300, a banner will be placed on the Douglasville Tiger Cubs home field fence for advertising throughout the 2016 season.
Last year, our Association was made up of 10 football teams and 4 cheer squads. Approximately 250 Tiger Cubs football players and 33 cheerleaders play games on our fields throughout the season. The recognition you receive as a Douglasville Tiger Cubs sponsor on any given Saturday home date will conservatively reach 300-500 people who reside in and around the Douglasville area and who are prospective users of your products and service.
