Annual Fall Association Meeting and
Officers Training Workshops
· This is the first Thirty-Third District PTA association meeting of the year and your attendance will ensure quorum to approve the budget and audit. Without a quorum, we cannot pass the budget.
· Your attendance at the meeting and workshops is strongly encouraged.
· Attend up to three workshops to help you understand your position on the PTA board this year. It is important to us that you receive proper training to better understand how to serve successfully.
· Refresh your knowledge of PTA, ask questions now that you have started in your PTA position and find out how to effectively communicate your goals and visions for your school.
· Now that you've launched your programs and activities, find out what others are doing that might be helpful to you and your unit!
· Spanish translation will be available in the Association meeting, Presidents, Leadership, Recording Secretary and Financial workshops.

The cost is $10.00 per person (WORKSHOPS & LUNCH)
LATE registrations received between September 27, 2016 and October 6, 2016 will be accepted.
The cost for late registration will be $15.00 per person (WORKSHOPS & LUNCH)
Walk-in registration will be allowed at the door; however, handouts and lunch are not guaranteed.
We encourage you to please register in advance.
Unit Presidents:Please send out the Call, 2016-2017 Proposed Programs & Budget and the Officer's Training Registration Form (also in Spanish) to your Executive Board Members with a cc to and Gail Bosfield-Swint ABC Council PTA Executive Vice President, at s soon as possible but no later than Sunday September 11th.
