Presidential Sponsor: $5,000

  • Sponsorship Name mention on all 30 second contracted radio broadcast advertisements on Mix 106.5 (Arbutus V.F.D. has 54 contracted over a 12 day period)
  • Name on our Carnival advertisements with the Penny Saver (30,215 printed copies) and the Arbutus/Catonsville Times (12,054 printed copies)
  • Name on shirts worn by event staff and on main display board at the carnival
  • Four ride all night bracelets for one night at the carnival
  • Required by June 1st to guarantee complete advertisement

Captain Sponsor: $3,000

  • Name on our Carnival advertisement with the Penny Saver (30,215 printed copies) and the Arbutus/Catonsville Times (12,054 printed copies)
  • Name on shirts worn by event staff and on main display board at the carnival
  • Four ride all night bracelets for one night at the carnival
  • Required by June 1st to guarantee complete advertisement

Arbutus Volunteer Fire Department Sponsor: $2,000

  • Name on our Carnival advertisements with the Penny Saver (30,215 printed copies)
  • Name on shirts worn by event staff and on main display board at the carnival
  • Two ride all night bracelets for one night at the carnival
  • Required by June 1st to guarantee complete advertisement

Stand Sponsor:

  • Name on a display board at the respective carnival stand, main display board, and shirts worn by event staff
  • Required by June 15th to guarantee complete advertisement

Major Stands: $1000

·Stands include: BeerGarden, Pit Beef, and Bingo

Medium Stands: $750

·Stands include: Soda, Large Plush wheel, Plant wheel, Birthday wheel, Dunking Booth

Small Stands: $500

·Stands include: Kiddie stands, Horse Race, Tic-Tac-Toe, Plinko, Lucky Roll and numerous other AVFD stands

Carnival Sponsor:

Over $250

·Name on a display board at the carnival and shirts worn by event staff

·Required by June 15th to guarantee complete advertisement

$100-$250

·Name on a display board at the carnival, due by June 15th.

Gifts-in-kind Sponsor:

  • All Gift-in-Kind donations will be given a value. The value will determine designation of placement in the above Sponsor program
