- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Recording to sales & order information and sending copies to the sales office or entry into a computer system.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Advertising on forth coming product development and discussing special promotion
- Achieving the monthly target given by the sales manager
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.

- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specification with buyers and manager.
