  2. Any charges to further Association interests will be equally shared, with mutual consent (If required).
  3. I agree to abide by the requirements and the Rules and Regulations of the Association and the Terms and conditions for loan.
  4. I agree to pay back the loan with 12 easy installments in one year.
  5. I agree if my self will unable to pay back according to the above said terms and conditions then they can charge 20 rupees per day till the installment deliver.
  6. I agree that if I will not pay the loan amount or disagree after signing this form at any stage of time with out both parties mutual consent they can precede any legal action against me.
  7. I agree that I will not take any legal action nor challenge its terms and conditions at any court or law agency.
  8. I read this very carefully (or took help to some of my close relations for its translation) and the language of the document which is in English I fully agree with all my senses and going to sign this.

Section B for Grantor

  1. I read the form and give the grantee for this person that He/she will return the loan back within the said period and will not break the rules, and follow the instructions giving in the form.
  2. I greed with the terms and conditions of the association, loan procedure and will be responsible for return of the loan on behalf of the loan holder with same terms and conditions.
