I)Above prices apply to all adult categories for Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon excluding the Kids Dash Registrations.

II)Kids Dash registration will be at $15.00SGD per pax.

III)Event organisers will not be responsible for any dispute arising from incomplete forms/keying errors by the tour agent/registrants.

IV)NO changing of categories would be entertained after submission.

V)A general administrative fee would be charged per pax for any amendments, adjustments or additions after submission.

VI)Final dateline of submission of participants list is on 31 October 2008

VII)No refunds will be made in any case of cancellation after the agreement is signed.

VIII)The existing event rules and regulations of the Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008 apply in this agreement.
